Fourty years making a living from ceramics

I was born in A Estrada (Pontevedra) in 1959 and have been settled in a village called Cornido (Carnota, A Coruña) since 1979. This is where my relationship with ceramics began.

Creativity and the search for a form of personal expression are at the heart of my work, together with the learning and development of a variety of different techniques.

Turning ideas into reality

The actual production process today is carried out by two people. We have four ovens situated in a large work area organised such that we can focus on personal works and a wide array of customised orders under optimal working conditions.

We use different types of clay and processes, mostly modelling, casting moulds, manual decoration and stencil printing. Nearly all of our production is at low temperatures (1 060°C) except for porcelain (fired at 1 280°C).

We offer guided visits of the workshop.

Sales and exhibit

The artist's work is on exhibit in a room adjacent to the workshop. It is open all year and the whole range and variety of pieces we produce are on sale.

Open in the Summer, Easter Week and long weekends from 10:00 to 20:30 (7 days a weeks, holidays included).

Winter hours: from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 (Monday to Friday). We do not have a fixed schedule on weekends and holidays so if you plan to drop by, give us a call on 616744132, WhatsApp or email to ensure your visit.
