There's something magic about nature in Galicia

Carnota, situated just south of the part of the coast called Costa da Morte, is special due to its natural areas and its magnificent beach (the largest in Galicia - 7 Km from tip to tip) as well as the impressive coastal highland known as Monte Pindo (granite mass with an altitude of 641 m.).

Its famous stone hórreos (granaries), temperate climate in summer and winter, the warmth of its people, the food and the well preserved natural surroundings all contribute to making Carnota a magical place to visit.

The many local tourist attractions include Ézaro where the Xallas River flows into the sea in the form of an impressive waterfall, or the Fisterra lighthouse with its majestic sunsets.
